Opening a new business or location is a momentous day for every business.
Your opening day, coordinated.
We like to welcome these new businesses and new locations into our community with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Our team works with you to make sure that your big day is as memorable as possible.
Who it is for
Any member opening a new business or a new location in Hamilton County.
What the chamber does
We assist you in coordinating your ribbon cutting and provide guidance materials if it is your first one.
What it costs
A ribbon cutting is $250 for Connect, Connect+ and Engage members. Payment is made before the scheduled date, and a $100 rescheduling fee applies if the date moves. Refunds are not given for cancellation.
When they are held
Ribbon cuttings run Tuesday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A two-week notice is requested, and membership must be active on the day of the event.
What the chamber provides
OneZone provides the ceremonial scissors and ribbon and sends a representative. Your ribbon cutting is posted on the chamber website calendar and on social media, and OneZone board members and Chamber Ambassadors are invited.
