OneZone Leadership Institute

OneZone Leadership Institute

The Leadership Institute is one of the programs the foundation supports: monthly sessions of about an hour and a half for emerging leaders, mid-level managers and seasoned executives. Each session focuses on a leadership theme such as strategic thinking, effective communication, team-building, emotional intelligence and ethical decision-making, and combines hands-on workshops, role-playing and group discussion with guest speakers, expert panels and time to build a network among participants.
