This family-friendly event welcomes everyone. Whether you prefer casual comfort in shorts and a tee or love dressing to the nines in your Kentucky Derby-inspired attire, all styles are welcome. Come as you are and enjoy an unforgettable evening together!
This is a BYO everything event — bring your own snacks, food, chairs, tents, and drinks to create your perfect sunset setup. Pack a picnic, gather your friends and family, and settle in for an evening on the field.

This year, Carmel Youth Assistance Program is proud to partner with ILADD. Carmel Youth Assistance Program connects youth to mentoring, tutoring, counseling, and pro-social activites to children and families facing social, emotional, behavioral, and financial challenges. ILADD works to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, connected, and self-directed lives through housing, educational programming, and social opportunities.
Together, ILADD and the CYAP represent a shared commitment to strengthening communities and supporting individuals and families at every stage of life. Proceeds from Polo at Sunset help both organizations continue providing critical programs and resources that foster independence, connection, opportunity, and long-term success for those they serve.
General Admission - $40 per car day of event (pay at entrance)
