Join us for a relaxing morning of sound therapy + yoga session in partnership with Prana Yoga & Wellness and Resonant Recharge!

A morning of peace and respite for the body, mind and spirit. Soak in the sound waves as you meditate into a deep state of peace. Then take a little break with FREE juice sponsored by Pure Green followed by a restorative Yoga session to stretch your body and move some heat through your muscles.
