About Tim White: 

Tim has been providing disability supports for over thirty years, in a variety of capacities, from direct support, to presently President and CEO of Janus Developmental Services.

Tim holds a MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from Ball State University.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and children Cassidy and Turner.  They have been proud residents of Westfield for 28 years.

Tim enjoys hiking, biking, and is up for pretty much anything outdoors.

Tim’s belief that everyone, regardless of disability or situation, can be successful with employment, has not wavered over his thirty years of providing supports for people with disabilities. With person centered, strengths - based supports, everyone can work!

About Wade Wingler: 

Wade Wingler has been working in the non-profit, disability services field for over thirty years. His  education includes degrees and certificates in social science, business, fundraising, technology, and theology.  He has taught as a college professor for several universities, hosted an industry-leading podcast, and is a sought-after speaker, both nationally and internationally. He  began his career providing direct services to individuals with disabilities, spent a decade growing a small assistive technology program into a nationally recognized leader in the industry.  As the President and CEO of Noble, Inc, Wade brings strategic thinking, an innovative spirit, and a strong desire to build and leverage relationships in support of Noble’s mission of expanding opportunities and enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families through individualized services.
