Corporate Sponsorship Levels
Title Sponsor ($25,000) – You will be provided with one (1) dedicated 30-minute time slot for presentation during the event. This level comes with complimentary booth space and up to six (6) lunch vouchers for each day of the conference. A complimentary hotel reservation for up to two (2) nights and two (2) rooms will be included. You will be given a dedicated page in all event materials to display your corporate logo and provide information about your company. You will also be distinguished separately with sponsorship details and social media posts recognizing your company and contribution. Representatives in attendance will have exclusive access to hospitality suites, networking, and social events to further connect with attendees.
Platinum ($10,000) – You will be provided with one (1) dedicated 15-minute time slot for presentation during the event. This level comes with complimentary booth space and up to four (4) lunch vouchers for each day of the conference. A complimentary hotel reservation for up to two (2) nights and one (1) room will be included. You will be given a separate page in our event materials to display your corporate logo and provide information about your company. You will also be distinguished separately with dedicated social media posts recognizing your company. Representatives in attendance will have exclusive access to hospitality suites, networking, and social events to further connect with attendees.
Gold ($5,000) – This level comes with one (1) 5-minute time slot for presentation during the event. It includes complimentary booth space and up to (2) lunch vouchers for each day of the conference. A complimentary hotel reservation for up to two (2) nights and one (1) room will be included. Your corporate logo will be posted on event materials with recognition provided on our social media accounts.
Silver ($2,500) – This level comes with complimentary booth space and up to two (2) lunch vouchers for each day of the conference. Your corporate logo will be posted on event materials with recognition provided on our social media accounts.
Bronze ($1,000) – Your corporate logo will be posted on event materials with recognition provided on our social media accounts.
Booth Space – Single booth space is 5’ x 5’ and will be charged at the rate of $500 per day unless included in your sponsorship.
