We will be learning about Damar Services, Inc. and the impact of hiring an individual with a disability from Dr. Jim Dalton, the President and CEO. 

About Dr. Jim Dalton: 

President and CEO Dr. Jim Dalton has long made an impact on the developmental disabilities industry. Dr. Dalton has served as Damar’s leader for the past 23 years, directing and overseeing the organization’s innovative programming and substantial growth. With more than 1300 employee, Damar serves more than 1600 individuals daily and is one of Indiana’s largest not-for-profit organizations. With revenue exceeding $115M, Damar provides extensive support services around the state – including early childhood assessment and treatment, specialized living communities for adults with disabilities, intensive facility-based treatment, foster care, public and private schools, clinic and homebased interventions, as well as primary health and pharmacy services.

As a licensed child psychologist, Dr. Dalton is highly regarded for his innovation in child behavioral health care. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University, a master’s from Spalding University and graduated first in his doctoral class in child psychology. He completed his pre and post-doctoral residencies at The Ohio State University
