“Imposter Syndrome” Katie Zarich  with Cummins

Imposter syndrome can be the villain that prevents us from reaching our full potential. Sometimes even the most qualified person for the job may feel like she doesn’t stand a chance. In this short talk, Katie will discuss strategies for overcoming self-doubt to grow confidence and sustain success in your personal and professional life. She will share personal anecdotes and how she continues to reframe her thinking to make breakthroughs when she recognizes imposter syndrome bubbling up in her own life.

OWN (OneZone Women's Network) is a committee focused on empowering women to achieve personal and professional success.

About Katie Zarich:

Katie Zarich is Director, Global On-Highway Communications, for the Engine Business at Cummins Inc., the largest independent maker of diesel engines and related products in the world. She joined Cummins in 2015, after more than a decade working in the non-profit sector.
