About Dr. Derek Arrowood
Dr. Derek Arrowood has served as Superintendent of Hamilton Heights School Corporation since January of 2014. Prior to his tenure at Hamilton Heights School Corporation, Dr. Arrowood served in a variety of capacities at school districts throughout Indiana, including Sheridan Community Schools, Tippecanoe School Corporation, and Noblesville Schools. Dr. Arrowood possesses degrees from Indiana University and Purdue University. 

His wife Kim is also in the education field, serving as a physical education teacher in Noblesville. His son Nate is a K-8 teacher in Indianapolis and his daughter Ellie is a senior at Purdue University studying English Education.

About Dr. Dave Mundy
Dr. Dave Mundy is the Superintendent of Sheridan Community Schools. Throughout his career, he has served students throughout Central Indiana in a variety of roles, including teacher, dean of students, principal, assistant superintendent of learning systems, and more. Dr. Mundy holds degrees from Ball State University and Olivet Nazarene University, as well as licensing from Indiana Wesleyan University and Oakland City University.
