OneZone's Sales Growth Series Presented by Chris Roberts Sandler Trustpointe
Expect What You Tolerate: The Sales Manager as Coach
Clearly defined success measures and core disciplines are critical to a salesperson’s performance. Planned, consistent daily sales behavior is required. Yet most sales leaders only measure lagging indicators instead of leading indicators. Lagging indicators cause confusion at best, and distrust at worst. Top Performing sales leaders have clear, agreed upon expectations with their performers. They are skilled at avoiding the trap of metric blindside.
In this session, you will gain the metrics and core disciplines necessary to build your leading indicators of success.
This session is not only for Owners, VP of Sales, and Salespeople, but also for Customer Service, Project Managers and your internal teams as well.
- Classes limited to 30.
- Lunch is not included. Please feel free to bring your lunch!
