All chamber members and non-members are invited to attend. Presented in collaboration with the Westfield Chamber of Commerce.

About Our Speaker:

Rachel Kartz proudly serves Ivy Tech Hamilton County as interim Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. Rachel joined the College in 2014 as Assistant Department Chair and Assistant Professor of English. She has held successive roles at the College since then, serving as English Department Chair and then Dean of the School of Arts, Sciences and Education, achieving Full Professor during this time. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in higher education. Prior to Ivy Tech, Rachel taught at the University of Indianapolis, Gonzaga University, Spokane Falls Community College, and Eastern Washington University.

Raised in Milwaukee, Rachel was the first in her family to attend college. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resources from Marquette University, a Masters in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University, and recently defended her dissertation for her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Indiana State University.
