The Catalyst
The Catalyst is a unique program for military Veterans that provides a holistic approach to the military transition that centers around the individual. One of the most important aspects of The Catalyst, and what separates us from the other military transition programs, is that you define your own success - we do not define it for you. Whether you want a high-paying career, to start your own non-profit, or to be the first in your family with a degree, we are here to help you achieve your goals.
We combine civilian recruiting with in-class undergraduate and graduate education, mentoring, networking, and on-the-job shadowing to assist in the military to civilian transition. During our six-week program, we teach Veterans how to translate their experience from the military to communicate their value to corporate America. Through this process, our candidates gain clarity in what they want to do and where their passions lie. This allows our graduates to retain, or regain, their confidence, find their direction and most importantly move into their corporate career at a suitable level for their skillset. Greenberg Lasik
One of the most experienced LASIK surgeons in the area, Dr. Jason Greenberg is a board-certified and fellowship-trained refractive surgeon who has had the distinct pleasure of transforming thousands of lives through laser eye surgery in both Kentucky and Indiana. He has performed over 80,000 laser vision correction procedures over his 22-year career in ophthalmology.
