Luncheon Sponsorships

Luncheon Presenting Sponsor:

• Presenting Luncheon Sponsor designation with logo placement on event web page and in selected electronic communications/materials promoting the luncheon.
• Sponsor logo displayed onsite at event on PowerPoint or table stand, depending on event location.
• Showcase table for sponsor promotional materials at event and opportunity for company representatives to staff the table.
• Opportunity to place one marketing item at each place setting.
• Introduction as Presenting Luncheon Sponsor with opportunity for representative to give 60-second “commercial” to luncheon attendees, which is equivalent to approximately 130 words.
• Reserved seats for six sponsor representatives at luncheon - two at speaker’s table and four at a reserved table.
• Sponsor for month - $1200 (States of the City are not included)

• Introduction at event as Showcase Sponsor with opportunity for one representative to give a 60-second “commercial” to luncheon attendees, which is equivalent to approximately 130 words.
• Display table for sponsor promotional materials and display at event and opportunity for company representatives to staff the table.
• Opportunity for networking with access to 300 or more community and business leaders, chamber members and guests.
• The number of Showcase sponsors per event is limited to (4).
• Sponsor for month (1 event) - $250

• Display table for sponsor promotional materials and display at event and opportunity for company representative to staff the table.
• Opportunity for networking with access to 300 or more community and business leaders, chamber members and guests.
• Limited number of sponsorship opportunities available per event.
• Sponsor for Month (1 event) - $200
