50 Faces of Hamilton County, presented by Pence Media Group, is an annual recognition program presented by the OneZone Chamber of Commerce, celebrating 50 individuals whose leadership, influence, and impact are helping to shape the future of Hamilton County.

50 Faces will recognize individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership and whose influence extends beyond their organization. Honorees are people who bring others together, champion their communities, create opportunities, solve challenges, and contribute to Hamilton County's continued economic and community vitality.

Nominees for 50 Faces of Hamilton County should demonstrate meaningful leadership, influence, and impact within Hamilton County. Honorees may come from business, education, government, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, arts and culture, entrepreneurship, or other areas contributing to the strength and vitality of the county.

Nominees for 50 Faces of Hamilton County should demonstrate meaningful leadership, influence, and impact within Hamilton County. Honorees may come from business, education, government, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, arts and culture, entrepreneurship, or other areas contributing to the strength and vitality of the county.

- Leadership — Demonstrates strong leadership within their organization, industry, or community.
- Impact — Has made a measurable or meaningful difference in Hamilton County.
- Influence — Is someone others look to for ideas, collaboration, leadership, or direction.
- Community Engagement — Demonstrates a commitment to improving Hamilton County beyond their primary professional responsibilities.
- Innovation & Vision — Brings forward new ideas, initiatives, partnerships, or approaches that help move the community forward.
- Character & Collaboration — Builds relationships, brings people together, and contributes positively to the community.
Additional Guidelines
- Nominees must live, work, serve, or have a significant impact in Hamilton County.
- There is no age requirement.
- Individuals from businesses, nonprofits, schools, government entities, and community organizations are eligible.
- Self-nominations and nominations of others are permitted.
- Only one individual from any organization may be selected for the final 50 each year.
- Multiple individuals from the same organization may be nominated; however, no more than one may be recognized in a given year.
- Previous honorees are not eligible to be selected again, allowing 50 Faces to recognize new leaders each year.
- Selection is based on the individual's overall leadership and impact—not simply their title, position, organization size, or years of service.
