The One Impact Foundation, we are committed to fostering a thriving, inclusive business community by actively supporting XBE (Minority, Women, and Veteran Owned) businesses. Through our XBE Workshop, we provide tailored resources, valuable networking opportunities, and expert-led training sessions to empower and equip minority-owned and emerging enterprises for success. To empower emerging and established leaders within our community by providing comprehensive leadership training, fostering personal growth, and enhancing professional development to create a stronger, more vibrant business environment.

To be the premier leadership training hub in our region, cultivating a network of influential, innovative, and ethical leaders who drive positive change in their organizations and communities.
Program Overview:
Frequency: The OneZone Leadership Institute will hold monthly sessions.
Duration: Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours.
Participants: The program will target emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and seasoned executives looking to refine their leadership skills.
Location: Sessions will be held at a central, easily accessible location, with occasional off-site visits to local
businesses and organizations.
Core Components:
Leadership Training: Each session will focus on a specific leadership theme, such as strategic thinking, effective communication, team-building, emotional intelligence, and ethical decision-making.
Workshops & Interactive Activities: Participants will engage in hands-on workshops, role-playing scenarios, and group discussions to apply leadership concepts in real-world situations.
