Describe your professional role:
I am the managing partner at Merrfeld Career Management, located in Westfield where we write leadership resumes and guide leaders through the job search, interview, and negotiation process both internally and externally.
What are you most excited about for 2021?
We're already seeing so many great people receive job offers and promotions in 2021 and we're honored to be a part of their journey.
What book or podcast are you obsessed with right now?
My go-to book and podcast is Cy Wakeman's No Ego. Love her 'no drama' approach to leadership!
What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?
I hold a Guinness World Record for chairing the largest high heel race in the world.
What are a few of your favorite places to eat, drink, or hang out in Hamilton County?
We love a hike in Koteewi Park, Cool Creek Park, and Coxhall Gardens. Getting outside this past year has made such a difference!
