Melissa is a graduate of the IU McKinney Law School with an undergraduate degree in biology from Columbia College in South Carolina. She spent more than 15 years in the environmental field before attending law school.
Previously, she was at Norris Choplin Schroeder LLP for five years in the environmental, construction, and insurance law practice areas. She is a Registered Civil Mediator and has been a CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager) since 2010.
