Community Accounts Coordinator

Lifetime Learning is welcoming applications for a Community Accounts Coordinator housed in Fishers, Indiana. This person will help manage office operations for the Ball State Satellite Centers in Fishers, Indianapolis, and Fort Wayne. This includes accounts receivable and payable, purchase orders, travel reimbursement; classroom set-ups; provide support to the Director including financial transactions and annual reports; provide student and faculty support services; support the education and training programs at the Ball  State University Satellite Centers. Office is located in Fishers, Indiana with remote work option available.

Associate degree OR two years of relevant experience will be accepted in lieu of an Associate degree.
