CARMEL, IN (JULY 8, 2020) – Local business owners Cori and Scott Brown are set to open a new showroom on the first floor of the Indiana Design Center (IDC) called Glass House Gallery, combining their two companies, Franklin Window and Door and Lorenzo Finestre, into one location. The showroom will open in September and be a showcase for the product lines carried by both businesses, including Marvin Windows and European lines like Oikos and MHB Steel. The combined showroom will be in a prominent spot on the first floor of the IDC where visitors and industry professionals will be greeted by a gallery of carefully-curated architectural building products for residential and commercial spaces.
Lorenzo Finestre offers a unique selection of European doors, windows, panel systems and architectural products exclusive to the company in the US marketplace. The company was originally set to open a showroom on the second floor of the IDC, but when the larger, ground floor space became available, the owners decided to merge the two businesses under one roof, rebranded as the Glass House Gallery. The new showroom will feature all the best from both companies, in a single stop for building professionals and homeowners to design and make selections. “We are passionate about sourcing the very best products that are able to transform the look and feel of a home, and with both of our companies’ lines all being in the same space, it will be that much easier to offer the best experience and service to our clients,” says Cori Brown, CEO of Lorenzo Finestre and Franklin Window and Door.
The addition of this new showroom is on the heels of the June opening of PAIR’D Furnishings and several showrooms that underwent recent showroom remodels and new floor sets. “We cannot wait for Glass House Gallery to debut within the center and marketplace. It will be an enticing addition to our first floor retail showrooms and fulfill a niche that fits perfectly within the IDC,” says Melissa Averitt, Pedcor Companies senior vice president for sales and marketing.
