Mike is a Certified Professional Coach, acting as both coach and process consultant to help develop and empower others professionally and personally – leveraging 35 years’ experience from a career in I/T, including systems, sales, marketing, leadership, people management and mentoring.

Finding and landing a new job has never been more challenging. Mike Johnson has collaborated with the WorkOne system regionally to offer Career Discovery Workshops, to provide a focused walk-through with practical exercises to build a solid foundation for effective career search, applying proven disciplines and best practices. Key areas include self-assessment of key strengths, top skills and core competencies; career focus/career shift possibilities; shaping key messages and “branding” toward resume, online profile, etc.; and networking strategy.
These are held as a class over 3 half-days, available via the WorkOne Region 5 offices (including Hamilton, Johnson, Hendricks counties and others). The next two workshops are at WorkOne Franklin (Aug 15-16-18) and WorkOne Noblesville (Sep 19-20-22).
