Helo Fellow OneZone Members!
As a new member of OneZone in 2021, I'd like to introduce you to Virtual Office by Design, an Indianapolis-owned & operated company that helps small businesses grow by handling administrative details. Our core business is Live Phone Answering, whereby we answer all in-bound communication (via phone, email, and other emerging technology platforms) for clients Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00 PM. We serve as an extension of your team to handle this administrative work so you can focus on growing your business.
We are located just inside the 465 Loop west of the Allisonville Road exit in a professional park and have many clients in northern Indy, Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, Noblesville and others areas of the greater Indianapolis area. Virtual Office by Design also has conference rooms for your meeting needs; dedicated office space for individual offices (currently we are full); and business identity/mailbox services. We currently serve clients from 17 states.
Thanks to Gene Kress, a local lawyer and one of our favorite clients, for this great testimonial on how we work with him to triage important calls, manage his in-bound communication, and provide him the administrative help he needs to allow his law practice to grow. Also included is a brief testimonial about Virtual Office by Design from me, Tim Benton.
As a fellow ONEZONE member, we are offering any of our services at 25 % off our published rates thru the rest of 2021, valid with a new, signed agreement. Our team is dedicated to serving our clients with professionalism and care.
Please reach out to me at Tim@Vobydesign.com or call our offices at (317) 713-2900 to learn more about how we help small businesses and identify yourself as a ONEZONE member. Raised in Richmond, I'm a DePauw University graduate who worked in sales and brand marketing at Procter & Gamble before serving 24 years in an executive capacity with the PGA TOUR in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. We are also proud members of Indiana Originals, a group of Indiana-owned and operated (non-franchise) businesses working together to support our community.
Thank you and please let us know if we can help your business. Enjoy the rest of your summer!
St. George Festival Welcomes All on Sept. 17
The 24th annual St. George Festival on Sept. 17-19 presents "a heritage of faith, hospitality, good food, music and crafts from our roots in the Holy Land, the Middle East and the cultures that make up our congregation,” according to the Rev. Fr. Anthony Yazge, pastor. The family-oriented festival includes ethnic food, a live Middle Eastern band and dancing, a marketplace with an array of unique vendors plus a silent auction, church tours, and a children's fun zone.
One great feature this year is a return of the indoor marketplace and pastry booth in the air-conditioned parish hall. The Silent Auction is also back by popular demand, featuring different items each day, an eBay-style buy-it-now-or-bid option, and artwork by local artists.
Air-conditioned shuttle buses will run continuously to & from offsite parking five minutes away at 10401 East 116th Street. Our bus hosts and hostesses offer guests their first taste of our famous hospitality, providing a lively & brief bit of St. George history during the bus ride and answering any questions. On site parking is available for those with disabilities.
St. George's celebrated bookstore will be open daily with an expanded selection. Church clergy and select parishioners will explain more about the Orthodox faith and the church's unique architectural design and iconography, which was painted by world-renown iconographers after the church's construction in 2013. Continued iconography was begun just prior to the pandemic outbreak and guests will get to view works-in-progress.
Food booths will transport festivalgoers to the Middle East with delectable selections such as hand carved gyros, seasoned kafta, tender chicken sharwama and the best falafel sandwiches. Platter choices will include our very popular lamb shanks, a mezza plate and a vegetarian plate. A great variety of ala carte items will be available, including hummus, baked kibbe (a St. George specialty!), stuffed grape leaves (meat and vegetarian) and spinach pies. The bake shop will have a mouth-watering assortment of Middle Eastern & Mediterranean pastries including a variety of baklawa (yes, there's more than one kind!), and customer favorites such as kanafeh and galaktoboureko! You can find a complete menu with descriptions available at www.stgfest.org,
